Important changes in submitting the documents for Work Permits

The main points to pay attention are:

1. According to paragraph 76: The petition and application forms on behalf of a legal entity are to be signed by its head (head of the branch or the representative office) or other person authorized to sign documents without a power of attorney, indicating his position. That means that the signatory of all types of documents for Work Permit is to be the person who is indicated in:
-  the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, please see paragraph concerning Information on a person who has the right, without a power of attorney, to act on behalf of a legal entity,
2.According to paragraph 77: Documents (copies of documents) provided to get government services must be certified by the applicant's signature. That means that the person who is indicated in the EXTRACT from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities can authenticate the documents.
3.According to the new Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, valid from 05.02.2018, State fees in the amount of 3500 roubles are to be paid now  for the Extension of Work Permit HQS as well.
4. According to paragraph 74: The period of the passport validity of a foreign citizen applying for Work Permit must be not less than 1.5 years more from the date of submitting the documents for Work Permit.
5. Photo of a foreign citizen (strictly: 35 x 45 mm, colored, matte, on a light gray or light blue background) - 1 pc
