We hasten to inform you that by Order № 11 dated January 10, 2018 «On the forms and order of notification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial body on work activity carried out by foreign citizens (stateless persons) in the territory of the Russian Federation», new forms are being established:
We hasten to inform you that by Order № 11 dated January 10, 2018 «On the forms and order of notification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial body on work activity carried out by foreign citizens (stateless persons) in the territory of the Russian Federation», new forms are being established:
1) Notifications of fulfillment by employers of their obligations to pay wages to HQS,
2)Notifications of concluding a contract with a foreign citizen,
3) Notification of the conclusion and termination of the contract with foreign students studying in full-time form and having a work permit under the Article 13.4 of the Federal Law № 115 dated 25.07.2002. «On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation», as well as notification of leave provision at students own expense for more than a month period.

This order will come into force on April 20, 2018.
