Rules for the Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens.

Summary of changes:
- The concept of “members of the family of the working state - a member of the EAEU”. It also establishes a list of documents that a foreign citizen from the EAEU and members of his family must submit to the receiving party in order to fill out the arrival notification form.
- Established new requirements, according to which the receiving party to the notification of arrival, submitted to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, must attach copies of all pages of the passport of a foreign citizen, which contain any information or marks.
It also introduces the need to provide a copy of a document confirming the right to use a dwelling or other premises provided for actual residence to a foreign citizen.
- To the notification of the arrival of a foreigner, who will be registered at the organization’s address, it is also necessary to attach a copy of the employment agreement or GPC agreement confirming the fact of the employment relationship
It is also necessary to provide a letter from the manager about the actual residence of the foreign citizen at the premises of this organization, which does not have address data (in the building or structure), including temporary
- When a foreign citizen leaves the organization in which he carried out labor activity on a rotational basis and at the address of which was registered, the organization is obliged to send a notification to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This notice must be submitted no later than 7 working days from the date of departure of such a foreign citizen.
